Company Policies

In adverse weather conditions, we will make every effort to complete the tasks assigned for the day. However, please understand that our primary focus is on providing assistance to those who cannot feed themselves, including individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and pets. Ensuring their well-being takes precedence.

Payment is due when tasks / errands are completed. This includes our fee plus any monies spent on your behalf.

 

We will strive to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability. However, if an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you first. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to substitute the item with a comparable option in terms of price, color, size, and uniformity.

 

There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks​​

 

If we charge by the hour for a task and it takes longer than anticipated, we will calculate any additional time in quarter-hour increments.
